Who We Are
Justin Malan
Justin is passionate about building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, striving to find the best solutions for all parties involved. Having worked with renowned brands and technology specialists across ANZ, Justin is well-positioned to partner with you, whether you're looking to find your next role or secure top talent for your organisation.
Being an ex- Pom, Justin is an avid football fan and you may even find him out on the field himself on the weekend. Justin is a big believer in the old fashioned style of recruitment , so is always keen to catch up face to face.
Tom Lamb
Tom is a passionate recruiter who has a background in IT and Tech as well as Sales and Operational staff. Tom specialises in connecting businesses with exceptional talent across a variety of industries. His approach is rooted in understanding the unique needs of both clients and candidates, ensuring the right fit for long-term success.
Outside of work Tom is a passionate golfer playing regularly at Riversdale Golf Club in Melbourne. He also is a lover of cricket, regularly attending games at the MCG.
